Returns

Items in their original condition may be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment, minus shipping charges within the United States. Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.
If any item(s) meet the return conditions and you wish to initiate a return, please email info@gotgame10.com with your name, email, and order number to request a pre-paid shipping label.
Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank.

Items may be exchanged within 10 days of receipt. Got Game is happy to assist you with a different item, size, color, or variation. Once we have received your return, we will process a refund for the returned item.
